Yup, nail polish is my new obsession. Which is weird, because, I'm NOT a girly-girl. At all. I would rather walk around the house in my yoga pants, a sweatshirt, and with a hat on my head than get all prissied up. (I'm not sure if prissied is a word ... lol).
Anyhoo, recently I discovered long nails (another thing I've never really had). I think my new found long nails come from the fact that I'm not bored anymore (too busy writing), so I don't do random stuff that breaks them off, and I don't mess with them.
In comes the nail polish obsession.

Crazy, right? Especially since this obsession just started recently. It's quickly grown!!!
So, I changed my nail polish color about every three-four days. I like change (in that way, any way). Plus, as soon as it chips or something, it drives me CRAZY!!!!
Up until recently, I only did one color at a time. But I wanted to change it up. Then ... AHA!!! Dexter came to the rescue!!! Check out my nails--compliments of Dexter's mother:
Now having different colors on different nails for me is the norm. (Thank god I have a job that permits this kind of thing).
Stripes? Yup. Polka dots? You got it!
It's a way for me to be me. And I like it! So many colors, so little time. ;-)

ha! I used to do that. But they were never long because I played guitar. I'd keep them at a decently short but attractive length. But ever since I started writing I stopped using it because I started biting them! EEEEK!

You are too funny! I'd dark colors, all the way. Yeah, I was a Catholic school girl and was basically forbidden to wear black. You guessed it. I wear black nail polish all the time, now. Hee... Told you I was a rebel. Good grief...
Ooh, that's a lot of nail polish. I don't find the time for polish because I work in hospitality where we're not allowed any type of polish (even clear).
I'm a product junkie. It doesn't matter if I already have 7 lipsticks and 8 types of hair product. I'll still buy more. And I don't use them all. I can't help myself.

You can say whatever you want, but someone who starts playing with her hair color and painting her nails every 3-4 days . . . is a girly-girl :D
My obsession is baseball caps. When I'm not at work I love pulling my hair into a ponytail or pigtails and tossing on a ball cap. I have them in all different colors. Most are still sports oriented, but then there are a fair share of ones that are just CUTE. Like my supergirl one.

BEAUTIFUL colors. I love nail polish too but for the life of me I can't get it not to chip!
If I painted my nails, my daughters would want me to do theirs. Then I'd get in trouble with the Montessori school mistress because polish (jewelry, cartoons on clothing, etc.) is forbidden.
Right now I'm obsessed with Children's Tylenol. It took one hour and twenty minutes to get one and a half teaspoons down my sick kid's throat. Please, kill me now.
Now that I think about, I really don't have an obsession. Maybe my collection of pictures on my pc. I should start posting some of them. :)
I used to paint my nails all the time, but I'm too impatient now and they wind up with weird smudges. I wish I had a non-food related obsession, but my current obsession is Orange Leaf Frozen Yogurt. Yum.
