Several mundo things happened in one day and I swear, I've never been so twisted and bent all in one day before. N.E.V.E.R.
I emailed Sarah the things I got twisted over (she's my big strong oak, too). We have a good relationship. I love her dearly. So, imagine my shock when my cell phone rings ... and HER number shows up??
Yeah, my "several things" that happened to me were good/bad enough that my awesome beta broke the internet communication barrier and called me on the phone. Whoawhoawhoa.
First, god, I love her. I love her voice, too. I would hire her to be my psychiatrist (If I needed one, mind you. Then again ... I might.).
Second, it's the first freaking time I've talk to her on the phone!!! And, I wished I hadn't been having a panic attack over the other stuff, because it made it damn hard to not die of a heart attack when I was talking to her. I wasn't put together ... at all. I was in panic mode. She probably thinks I'm a total fruit-loop now. Anyhoo ...
After several moments on the phone, she calmed me. Instructed me as good betas do and we hung up. Life changing moment people. She's the best.
Because of that, I've got no updates for you today. Too much spinning going on inside this crazy head of mine. Instead, I'll leave you will some cool links:

I love friends/critters who can do that for you. Christina Lee is great for that, too. As are a few of my other writer friends. Friends like these are priceless for writers. :D

LOL I love hearing a beta or writing partner's voice for the first time! The world of Skype has really changed things like that for me:)
Cool that you got to talk to Sara on the phone. Sometimes crits need to be given vocally. You guys should try Skyping next! Love the cat.
